My experience was excellent the place is big and clean aswell staff are very polite was offered a cup of tea while I have my treatment done which was hair washed blow-dried and cut i was very happy with the service I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

First time having a hair cut by Harps. She was friendly and paid great attention to detail. She really took care in the whole process, from a lovely head massage whilst washing, to checking with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy and explaining what she was doing. Having been to another hair dresser for the last couple of years who had me washed, cut and blow dried in 20 minutes, it was lovely to have a longer appointment where it really felt Harps was invested in what she was doing. Thank you so much!

This was my first time having my hair done with Jessi, but it was such a lovely experience. She, and everyone else in the salon, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Jessi listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, and styled it lovely. I left there feeling so confident and beautiful with my hair! Hanna was lovely and highly attentive, making sure she fully understood how I wanted my hair cut. She provided excellent advice on how to style my hair according to my hair type, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend her.

Chris did an outstanding job on my hair!! I was embarrassed of the state of it as I had just taken out my hair extensions, but he didn’t judge me. Made me feel at ease. And gave me advice what the best thing was to do with my cut and I love the result!! I still feel like I have long but healthy hair and he took the time to style it with a wave too nothing was too much trouble. It was such a welcoming Salon and even other clients said how great my hair looked I feel like a million dollars definitely recommending him!

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was my first time coming to Pickles and Co and everything was amazing! initially came in for an extension consultation which Simone helped out with a lot by explaining the different types of extensions as well as finding the perfect shade that would blend into my hair. She gave me a whole breakdown of the pricing and which would be best for my specific hair type. then had a cut and finish which brought my hair back to life!!!! It felt so dead and dull before, but once Simone cut and styled it, I feel like a whole new person. I’m so incredibly happy and I will definitely be coming back! <3
