Fantastic service! After my usual hairdresser cancelled and left me in the lurch I booked with Olivia for a wash and blowave as I had an event that evening. Upon seeing the state of my regrowth Olivia went above and beyond to accommodate me by putting in some foils around my face and part line as well as the blowave. Sooo happy with the result! The colour is better than ever and the blowave was perfect, exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be back - thank you Olivia!! You saved the day!!

Jess is an absolute legend, she's the best and the world's fastest hair extention installer. She knows her stuff, she got my copper colour perfect. This lady did a Bleach bath, installed 75gs of keratin bond extensions, full colour with foils, washed, cut and styled to perfection in less than 4hrs, I think it was just over 3hrs. Unheard of. She's one in a million. Never have I walked out of a salon with exactly what I asked for until Jess. ❤️

I had a wonderful first experience at Biba Croydon. Michael was absolutely lovely—he took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and offered thoughtful advice, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail during the cut and styling was evident, and I am extremely happy with the final result. I also enjoyed a very relaxing head massage by Courtney, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this salon.

I honestly can't give Ebony enough stars! It was the first time my daughters were having their hair coloured, and Ebony made the experience perfect. She completely transformed their hair, and made them feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Ebony, you are wonderful, and you should be so proud of what you do! Best hair salon in eastern burbs near to croydon, Alex is amazing and very detailed in doing hair for customers. she always suggests best hair style suited to individual needs based on customer interests. Amy is a great hairdresser, my haircut is perfect every time. I love a no fuss haircut, I wash and dry and because of the way Amy cuts my hair it falls into place with no styling needed. Thanks Amy 😊

Alicia was exceptional as always! My daughter got extensions and a colour. The process, maintenance everything was explained and the result was fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough. I love getting my hair done here always happy with the result and service.
