I had a wonderful first experience at Biba Croydon. Michael was absolutely lovely—he took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and offered thoughtful advice, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail during the cut and styling was evident, and I am extremely happy with the final result. I also enjoyed a very relaxing head massage by Courtney, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this salon.

Had the best experience with Laura getting my hair from dark brown box dyed to blonde. She talked me through the best steps for me, and explained everything incredibly well. Super happy with how it turned out and have received many compliments on her work. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thanks Laura :)

My hair felt so clean and fresh afterwards, and the stylist was really attentive to ALL of my needs (not only do I use a mobility aid, but my dead straight hair doesn’t hold curls very well - like at all - and I was hoping to be able to have some semblance of curls for Christmas photos 5 hour later 🙈 she did such an incredible job that I DID have some level of curl for the photos!! 🥰). Usually I prefer not to talk too much during hair appointments, but I just felt so at ease here that I’ve already booked another appointment!

Alicia was exceptional as always! My daughter got extensions and a colour. The process, maintenance everything was explained and the result was fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough. I love getting my hair done here always happy with the result and service.
