I had a wonderful experience with Satoko. My hair used to feel dry and a bit frizzy, but after the treatment the texture improved so much — it's noticeably softer and shinier now. The color is beautiful too, very natural and sophisticated rather than the harsh look you sometimes get from dyeing. Satoko is professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
