Charlotte is absolutely amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable, welcome, and relaxed every time I visit the salon. From the moment I walk in, she creates such a friendly and professional atmosphere, making every appointment a lovely experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care are second to none, and she always takes the time to ensure my haircut is exactly how I want it. I leave every visit feeling confident, refreshed and so happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend Charlotte highly enough!

Phoebe Rose was so welcoming and knowledgeable! I was comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door, offered a drink and offered extra treatments, and my hair turned out beautifully. I had a lovely experience and will definitely be booking in again😊

had a balayage done by Phoebe for the first time and I was honestly so nervous as I’ve never had my hair done like this before. From start to finish, she made the whole experience so lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She did an absolutely amazing job and I’m so in love with my hair!
