By far, the best massage I’ve ever had! Almetris is AMAZING! I booked an hour and a half massage with hot stones and deep tissue. Almetris suggested adding cupping to enhance the hot stones/deep tissue, and I’m so glad she did. These add ons were the perfect combination. I also enjoyed the stretches which were an additional perk that aren’t typical of most massages. Finally, I love that the Healing Hippie is just down the road from me. I’ve lived in Hampstead 16 years, and it is so nice not to have to drive into Wilmington for a great massage!

I've probably had close to fifty deep tissue massages over the past few years from different therapists around the Raleigh area before recently moving to Hampstead. Lea is hands down one of the absolute best that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of anatomy and sensitivity to past injuries, while also being able to find the smallest knots that I didn't know where there, has been simply amazing for me. I leave every session feeling energized, more focused and healthier. When I get back home my wife even says I look younger and more alive. I highly recommend her!

Olivia was fantastic. I expressed exactly what was bothering me and she was super attentive and detailed with my body. I would highly recommend her as a therapist! Healing Hippie is a real gem and Hampstead is lucky to have them.

Marie gave me the best massage I've ever had - paying attention to my lower back with medium/hard pressure and a wonderful foot massage - I'm on my feet all day and felt like a new person after her massage. I'll be back!

Massage was fantastic. Would recommend getting a two hour one hour was not long enough also the hot stone and cupping was amazing at to overly done just enough on the target that were giving me issues. Pressure was fantastic and I was asked if the pressure was fine at least twice. The massage started on time as well as was the full hour if not a couple minutes more Got a one hour massage and a hand mask. I'm a tradesmen and my hands are very rough and my wife said my hands were very soft when I got home, but next time I'm going to get the foot mask.

Really what I needed! Our son gave us a gift certificates for Christmas. Best gift ever! I love the atmosphere. I combined my relaxing massage with a wonderful hot foot massage. My masseuse was Caroline Lambert. She is fantastic! 5⭐s.

I've been getting massages for 35 years, all over the US and in several different countries. I recently moved here and Amanda was my "shot in the dark"; she is great! This is my second massage with her in as many weeks and I just hope she doesn't get booked-up all the time as often happens with someone who gets a great reputation, but she gave a great massage, is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.

First Time with a Thai Massage - I'm a fan for sure. Noel was great at explaining things and made me feel comfortable with the experience. I recommend this is you like deep intense massages. I was sore that night, but felt awesome the next day!
