By far, the best massage I’ve ever had! Almetris is AMAZING! I booked an hour and a half massage with hot stones and deep tissue. Almetris suggested adding cupping to enhance the hot stones/deep tissue, and I’m so glad she did. These add ons were the perfect combination. I also enjoyed the stretches which were an additional perk that aren’t typical of most massages. Finally, I love that the Healing Hippie is just down the road from me. I’ve lived in Hampstead 16 years, and it is so nice not to have to drive into Wilmington for a great massage!

I've probably had close to fifty deep tissue massages over the past few years from different therapists around the Raleigh area before recently moving to Hampstead. Lea is hands down one of the absolute best that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of anatomy and sensitivity to past injuries, while also being able to find the smallest knots that I didn't know where there, has been simply amazing for me. I leave every session feeling energized, more focused and healthier. When I get back home my wife even says I look younger and more alive. I highly recommend her!

Elizabeth is nothing short of amazing! She truly delivers the full package when it comes to everything massage. She makes the atmosphere extremely relaxing and warm. I elected for a 1.5 hr therapeutic massage and Elizabeth used several different techniques and extras that made the whole experience just wonderful! Thank you so much🫶

A peaceful and calming oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. This was my first time getting a therapeutic massage here. The online booking platform was seamless and easy. Tralene (Tray) was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. She made me feel safe and at ease the moment we met. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and their experience. Tray did an excellent job. She applied exactly the right amount of pressure to loosen the tight muscles in my forearm and shoulders. I’m amazed that I got as much relief as I did since the schedule only allowed for a 30 minute therapeutic massage.
