Had a wonderful experience at Hands of Therapy. The treatment room was calm, relaxing, and very welcoming. Sarah was incredible with her hands — I left feeling so much more relaxed, lighter, and less bloated. Such kind and lovely service throughout the whole appointment. I had the most incredible pregnancy massage today at The Warwick Spa and I honestly can’t recommend it enough 🤍 From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, warm and so welcoming. The space is beautifully prepared and you instantly feel looked after. As a mum-to-be, that feeling of being safe and supported means everything. Edilay was amazing, so gentle, attentive and professional. She relieved so much tension in my back and legs, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed and truly cared for. Such a special experience 💖

I had the most incredible experience with Edilay at the Warwick Spa! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. Her energy is so calming and professional. The treatment itself was absolute perfection, every detail was thoughtful, I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely wants her clients to leave feeling their best. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Susanna, primarily for lower back pain. It was possibly one of the best massages I’ve had. Very firm - but she continued to check the pressure was ok and not painful, but I prefer it strong! Despite the heat outside (July heatwave) the treatment room was cool, well ventilated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend and I will become a regular visitor!

First time sports massage and Stephen was really knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable right way. Massage worked out several tight spots in both my upper and lower body and I feel much looser now and ready for my race at the weekend. Really impressed.

Excellent full body MOT helped me feel confident about healing from my current leg injury. I'm new to having needles poked in my knee and it felt a bit weird but I'm hopeful it will help the healing process. Lauren was friendly and knowledgeable and I'd be confident booking at TAP again.

I visited the Performance clinic -Warwick due to a shoulder injury. Bethan's approach was very professional. Dealt with my problem with total understanding of the injury. and I am now on the road to recovery.

I had a deep tissue massage which was amazing and I highly recommend! I felt the difference in my back where it had previously been feeling tight. I requested they skip the Tibetan singing bowls because I belong to Jesus, which they were very happy to do. The message felt really good, it was very relaxing and my mum and I really enjoyed the experience. The location is great as there’s easy parking.

Had such a lovely experience at Warwick Spa. The room was so relaxing and peaceful, and the therapist was amazing with her hands. I felt completely relaxed and noticeably less bloated by the end of the treatment. Such kind, lovely service from start to finish — I’ll definitely be back!

This was the first session I’ve had with Lauren where she has been able to focus on a specific injury. After a thorough assessment Lauren massaged and needled both shoulders with the result being my best nights sleep for weeks last night. I’m feeling much better today and pain free. Brilliant! 👏👏
