Stephen is friendly and clearly knows what he's doing (of course!). He quickly identified the cause of my mild sciatica and set to work immediately to ease the discomfort. It was a full 60 minutes of therapy and I already feel the better for it. The recommended exercises going forward were clearly described and subsequently provided in video in the Prehab app.

Stephen had read my pre appointment notes very carefully and was able to relay this to me which meant we hit the ground running, with a one to one / two way conversation about the best way to progress. The whole process was relaxed and very thorough. I left feeling rejuvenated both physically and mentally.
