Another fantastic post op lymphatic drainage massage. I traveled abroad for my surgery and although I have weekly check in’s with my surgeon via WhatsApp, Flavia seeing me in person really puts my mind at ease during this recovery. Although Flavia does not offer me medical advise ( she tells me to do what my surgeon has instructed), she talks me through the healing process and what my body can/ can’t do at this stage. All whilst giving me a massage that makes me feel lighter, straighter and more mobile. Happy to be contacted if anybody wants an in person recommendation.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. What an incredible experience from start to finish. Ellie listened intently to my needs and applied her evidently high knowledge, skill and understanding of the body impressively and appropriately to my needs. This was the kind of massage treatment that I crave- a personal and professional service. The pressure applied was deep and purposeful, yet appropriate and careful. Shabana was excellent from the minute I arrived. Had a chat about how appointment would work and about hot stone massage. Felt at ease. Massage was amazing. Wasn't what I expected from hot stone massage. Was first time for this. Definitely won't be my last. Lovely calm setting and some mindfulness to begin with really set the tone for a relaxing visit. Made an appointment for Swedish massage as I am experiencing some shoulder pain. Andrew put me fully at ease and took the time beforehand to discuss the pain I was feeling. Andrew also communicated with me throughout massage ensuring the pressure was OK. After a 1hour massage my shoulder feels much more relaxed. I will definitely return and would 100% recommend.
