I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

I've had a wonderful experiences in the One Lounge every time I go . They're friendly helpful and wonderful at everything they offer ,On Sunday ,Marta gave me a fantastic head & shoulders massage & great relaxing reflexology on my feet ,which sent me to sleep ,I highly recommend The One Lounge .

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. There should be more than 5 stars!! Emma was fantastic, highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a pamper session. The head massage is to die for! As soon as you enter the building you feel at home, you are treated like family the second you arrive. Even after your amazing treatment, you are offered to stay in their relaxation room where you can help yourself to tea, juice and a great range of snacks. I could have moved in!! Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I will be back in a heartbeat to try out some of their other services. Huge thank you to Emma!

The therapist was very good explaining the process to.me, checking if I would be ok with brief meditation to begin and explaining the purpose of this. I thought the set up of the space to be exceptionally professional and the environment v much helped me to relax. I almost immediately felt relief from the head massage manipulation, clearing / draining my sinuses. I slept very deeply for 15 hr afterwards and I am conscious of my need to rest for the next few days. I will definitely book this again regularly

Had the most amazing 1st experience at the Head Bath today with a Japanese head spa with Emma. She made me feel so comfortable and spoke me through the treatment, she was so nice and knowledgeable. It felt amazing and even now my head feels so light and clean. I opted for the blow dry and it’s so sleek and bouncy. The relaxation room afterwards is such a lovely touch too. Can’t wait for my next one.

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

Honestly, the lady who gave me my massage (head, neck, shoulders and back) has magical healing hands. Went in with twisted knotty back and shoulders and she has relieved the pain and tension. Was unreal. Will defo be back and would definitely recommend 👌 first class.

I have been having massages over the years in different places but this was my first time at Lumiere with Georgia. It was a really good experience and I will be back!

Great massage, I was asked if I had any problem areas and these were focused on. My back is feeling a lot better after. The room is very cosy too.

One of the best 90 minutes of my life! From start to finish Emma was so kind and attentive. Started with a scalp analysis and recommendations for products to use in my hair. When it came to the head spa it was so relaxing even when my head was bobbing about when she was scrubbing every inch of my scalp 😅 the neck massage was something else I would pay the whole 90 mins just for that again. I opted for a blow dry to finish as I was staying round glasgow for a while so didn't want wet hair. My hair normally is like a giant ball of frizz but u can say 2 hours outside after it's still straight!
