Ryo did a great job with Kurumi’s kind help. Ryo applied cream on my scalp thoroughly and massaged to make it even, so that the color didn’t cause any allergy or burning on my skin. A special Thank You to Niva who offered help and washed my hair very thoroughly for three times to remove the color as much as she could. She also kindly gave me a head massage which I enjoyed a lot! After coloring, I didn’t feel any uncomfortable feelings after root coloring, which I give all credit to the great team, who did a fantastic job to protect my scalp and wash thoroughly afterwards. Very pleasant!

Would highly recommend Sozo hair design - the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the setting is modern and the salon has a relaxing vibe. The small touches like the refreshments and head massage while you're getting your hair washed make it feel like a real treat. I get my hair down by Yoko - she will always listen to what I want and I've always been happy with the result. Thanks Yoko and team for making me feel fabulous!

This was my first visit at Sozo and I had nothing special done, so I can’t say much, but today I was very pleased. Erin gave me a good haircut and blowdry and I had a nice head massage as well. Staff friendly although I arrived late and really good value for money.

Definitely a great experience! The atmosphere is minimalistic which I simply adore, very cozy as well. Their music playlist is a vibe too. The staffs are very kind, polite and professional, and the shoulder massage after the hair wash was amazing. Haru, the stylist has great attention to detail and gave me exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Hary and all the staff who help out 🙏🏻 this was a great salon experience! 🫶🏻

Haru listened to me well and showed great care in cutting my hair! The assistant was friendly and kind while chatting, washing my hair and giving me a massage. There was food and water given to me by the receptionist who was also very sweet, and who let my mom sit with me while I cut my hair. I had a good experience and would come back again!
