I visited Pamper Valley today for the Empress Ritual Facial with Lina, and it was such a lovely experience. The spa itself is calm, clean, and beautifully designed, which immediately puts you in a relaxed state. Lina was incredibly gentle, attentive, and took the time to understand my skin before starting. The facial felt very thoughtful and luxurious, not rushed at all. I could feel the tension melting away during the massage, and my skin looked noticeably brighter and refreshed right after. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

The best spa! Amazing staff (I’ve been coming to see Wendy for my lashes for almost nine years now). Great prices. So kind, friendly, knowledgeable. One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

One of the best massages and facials I have ever had (and I’ve had a few!!). Full body deep tissue massage by Lewis/Louis and facial by Mai. I only wish I lived in Toronto or Pamper Valley opens a branch in the UK!

Jamie was great. She took the time to make sure the exfoliation and extraction was fully done all over my face. Special care was taken on the sides of my nose and beneath which is not easy as I have a moustache. Perfect pressure for arm massage. It was a stressful work week so this was perfect.

This was my first visit at Pamper Valley and the experience was amazing! It's a beautiful and very relaxing spa, I opted for the 60 minute massage and left feeling relaxed and limber. I will definitely be coming back!

My massage was absolutely amazing. I went in so stiff and so achy and came out feeling amazing loose, no pain, just absolutely relaxed and refreshed. The only suggestion I have is to make the salt cave warm. It's a little bit cold down there which was just a little bit uncomfortable. But that definitely did not take away from the experience I had.

She is knowledgeable and her dextrous hands get into the deep tissue issues, leaving you relaxed and pain-free when you walk out. Always a lovely time at Leluxe! I discovered this place about 7-8 months ago and have continued to have positive experiences every time. From the lovely ambience/decor to the complimentary drink and snacks to the movie/song list. But most importantly, the absolute professionalism and competence of every person who works there. I’ve had most of the technicians do my nails over time, and I’m impressed by everyone’s ability to do their work with such expertise. Keep up the good work!! I loved my massage! It has really helped to address my lower back pain. The location is beautiful and the massage therapists are very skilled and knowledgeable and have provided me with great advice on stretches and other activities I can do to help relieve my back pain. I would definitely reccomend this location to anyone looking for a high quality massage in an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
