Adele is so accommodating. I wanted a baby bump facial instead of a pregnancy massage as I get ticklish with massages and she literally went to get things for me so I could get myself pampered. I’ve been twice now and it’s so relaxing it’s really what I need for a calm down. You should really give it a go if you’re having a baby bump go treat yourself. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely amazing experience! Couldn’t recommend Adele enough! Had a rough few months in my pregnancy and had the pregnancy facial, scalp and shoulder massage and was very much needed!!! So professional and made you feel very welcome and relax !!!

I attend regular for accupuncture and reike healing with Lindsay. Every time i come away feeling relaxed and a deeper connection to my inner peace. She really takes the time to tailor each session to you as an individual.🫶 I’ve learned to be more open to the universe and my own path, which I never expected when I first started. Had a wonderful reiki session with Lindsay who is so calm and welcoming. Her studio is beautiful and the surroundings are so peaceful. Felt very relaxed during and after the session. The next day however I had so much more energy than normal. I felt more alert and brighter, the normal fatigue had lifted. Lindsay is very skilled at her job but also so compassionate. Thoroughly recommend Breathe and Bloom. Thank you Lindsay 🙏
