Today was my first aromatherapy reflexology treatment. And it was so good! Within 2 mins I had totally switched off. I even nodded off it was that relaxing. The treatment was so lovely I felt zen and had a clear mind for the rest of the day. The results that Fiona had picked up on during my treatment also rang very true! I will definitely be booking another asap!

Lindsay was friendly and welcoming but very knowledgeable about fertility acupuncture. I had never done anything like this before but she made me feel very comfortable.

Had a wonderful reiki session with Lindsay who is so calm and welcoming. Her studio is beautiful and the surroundings are so peaceful. Felt very relaxed during and after the session. The next day however I had so much more energy than normal. I felt more alert and brighter, the normal fatigue had lifted. Lindsay is very skilled at her job but also so compassionate. Lindsay was amazing! from the moment i first met her she was so calm and the place in her garden is so relaxing and peaceful, it’s lovely and quiet and you can hear the birds singing, lindsay talked through everything step by step and in great detail and put my mind at ease with everything, the treatment itself was very professional and calm, i felt completely at ease as so relaxed and stress free! she gave me all the aftercare on what to do to continue to achieve the best results! i’ve already booked my next 2 sessions i can not wait!
