I attend regular for accupuncture and reike healing with Lindsay. Every time i come away feeling relaxed and a deeper connection to my inner peace. My message from the universe this occasion was "Don't believe everything you think" which really resonated with me. I always look forward to my sessions with Lindsay and would definitely recommend Breathe and Bloom Holistics. 🙏🪷🫶✨️

Lyndsay is a lovely, warm person who makes you feel safe in her presence. I’ve had two sessions now, and each one has been very relaxing and I’ve felt very calm, and replenished throughout and afterwards.

I’ve been going to Breathe and Bloom Holistics for nearly a year now and honestly, it’s been such a positive experience. Lindsay is an amazing practitioner. She really takes the time to tailor each session to you as an individual.🫶 I’ve learned to be more open to the universe and my own path, which I never expected when I first started. Every session feels different—sometimes emotional, sometimes really eye-opening—but all part of a journey that just keeps getting better. I honestly can’t recommend Lindsay enough. She’s exceptional 🙏🪷🙏
