Debbie asked me lost of questions to find out what I wanted to focus on and tailored the session around what I needed and what we spoke about. With a consult to make sure your treatment is tailored to what you need holistically & how you feel, then you can just rest, relax & be pampered from when you arrive! As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

Charlie is always polite and welcoming. Puts you instantly at ease. He is good at listening to what issues you have gives a good massage. He then gives additional support and aftercare for you to use between massages.

Debbie made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain the treatment, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. I had the Holistic Harmony treatment, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The whole experience was incredible, from the soothing sounds to Debbie’s amazing healing hands. I felt completely relaxed and even drifted off to sleep a couple of times! The facial was absolutely absolutely beautiful too.
