As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. A truly enlightening, relaxing & beautiful experience for 2. Involving a guided meditation, stretching, deep relaxation/energy healing. The room was set up beautifully, like walking into a place of what dreams are made of, the smells, low lighting & comfy blankets instilled a sense of peace & happiness. We ate cake/drank tea then took it in turns to have amazing treatments or lying in a cosy sauna blanket reading. I had-facial, massage & reflexology - amazing, Jane always knows exactly what you need. Walking out of the room we were floating. Thankyou for one of the best afternoons of my life!

My treatment with Jane was by far the best massage I've ever had (and I've had quite a few)! I had the thermal heated back massage and would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone! As well as the hot stones and warm oil, Jane also used heated towels, provided a foot cleanse and scalp massage - lots of little touches that were unexpected but made it feel really special and even more relaxing. Amazing value for money and a really nice environment, Jane was also really friendly and warm - I will definitely be returning! Thank you

My first treatment with Jo, and it is honestly up there with the best treatments I have had. The reflexology was absolutely amazing. Jo has such a natural way of working with the body, and you can tell her intent and passion for what she does shines through. I can’t recommend Lucy’s deep tissue massage enough — it was absolutely incredible! Easily the best massage I’ve ever had. The whole experience was perfect: friendly service, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and great value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back!
