A friend recommended Browizorro to me, and I can completely see why! Katalina was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain why I’d had a bad reaction during a previous threading appointment year’s ago and asked thoughtful questions about my skincare products before waxing. The whole experience was incredibly professional and reassuring, it was the gentlest waxing treatment I’ve ever had. My eyebrows are beautifully tidy and natural, I’m happy with the result and will not be put off having them threaded next time! Highly recommend – 10/10 service!

I love every minute of being at IHBEAUTY. Ilana is so warm and welcoming and she has made the cabin a lovely spot to receive treatments. She is a very talented nail and lash technician and I always leave feeling like a million dollars. Her treatment chair is a real bonus- it is so comfortable!! I cannot rate Ilana highly enough. The fest technician around and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

From the moment I sat down, Gabriella was professional, gentle, and took the time to understand what look I wanted. The results turned out beautiful—my lashes look full, natural, and perfectly done. Katalina was wonderful. She explained everything beforehand, talking over with me, the colour and shape of the brows I wanted, which she agreed was the best look for me. The result was amazing - just like my brows used to be - if not better. She clearly explained about after care and gave me products to help with healing if necessary.
