I tried a Lymphatic massage this week and was again pleased to receive a great experience. Very different to the Deep Tissue I have been getting, but on Natcha's advice I was keen to try it. Some areas in my lymphatic system need some more attention, so I will have another one this week.

I went for a deep tissue massage. This was the best, most intense one Ive had and fully effective. Knots released and rump steak turned into fillet steak. Some extreme soreness but thats my fault for getting it in the first place and the whole reason the massage was so beneficial. Will be a regular. Thanks Nooroa!

I can highly recommend Only U Massage. I have experienced both Lymphatic and Deep Tissue massages and loved them both. I now book weekly appointments as these are by far the best massages I have experienced. Natcha and Maiya are both exceptional , professional and friendly and answer all my questions. You will not be disappointed whichever treatment you book.

I really needed a deep tissue massage, and the therapist absolutely delivered. It was ‘painfully good’—in the best way—because she managed to work out knots and tension, I’d been carrying for far too long. I'm happy to book another session before the end of the year.

I had bought a voucher for a massage and was told at reception that I'd be doing the Cupping and deep tissue. I wasn't aware that the foot wash was involved so I missed out on that! Cherry was an amazing masuse, I think I fell asleep twice as I was so relaxed. Fantastic work on her behalf. A bit disappointed to have to pay for extras after. Would have been good if they were clear before the massage had begun. Great massage though. Thanks again the Cherry.

I’ve been seeing Rachell for a while now and every massage has been an absolute gift. She has such a calm, grounding presence and an incredible ability to tune into exactly what your body needs. The massage therapist listened to me, and the message was excellent; I could meditate while it was going on; we plan on even better next time, as I was able to tell them where else I was sore... And also, she gave me two warm towels, fresh and hot, and lovely nice scent, and a hot fresh ginger tea. Everything went wonderful. Very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere and treatment from the staff. I quite loved it. Not to mention, they have these little lollies, in wrappers, you can take one, I didn't have to ask, they were so nice at The Bamboo Spa. Lower Hutt.

Just wow! Natcha was outstanding, she was onto muscle tightness in spots I didn’t even know were there. My body is moving with much less stiffness. I have found sometimes deep tissue massage can be quite painful at times. I have had massages from Natcha at least 3 times and have never experienced pain.

Woody is an extraordinary masseur and the more often you see him the more he understands your body and provides what you need. He is also able to work with specific requests like todays session i wanted him to particularly work on my legs which he did in a combination of deep tissue pressure point massage and effective and innovative stretches. There is a loyalty program and after a certain number of massages you get an extra 30 min at no extra cost. Absolutely brilliant. The atmosphere is welcoming, inviting, the room and massage tables themselves are warm and you get a hot ginger tea on comp

An excellent very thorough deep tissue massage getting to all those knots and painful spots but worth it. Highly recommend.
