My dad came from another country, and the very first thing he wanted to do when he arrived was book a massage at Motion Remedy with Gigi — he wasn’t interested in London attractions at all, which says everything. He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. Truly amazing results, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This was my first deep tissue massage and it was great. I don’t play sports but have had some shoulder and back pain for a while now and Paul made me feel very comfortable. Definitely re booking!

Paul has been a great support to me over the last few weeks, both with helping my recovery from a TKR by having Deep Tissue massage but also mentally. He listens and also manages to say the right things to help keep me positive!

First time using Emily and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She did a fantastic job correcting a colour issue left by a previous hairdresser and really took the time to get it right. Emily was lovely to talk to, made me feel comfortable throughout, and the whole experience was so enjoyable. The salon itself is lovely too. I’m so pleased with my hair and would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a talented and friendly hairdresser! xx

Emily is such a lovely lady, very friendly and complementary. I wanted something low maintenance and easily manageable, since becoming a mum I don't have much time to do my hair. She did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair, and gave me great advice on caring for my hair including product recommendations. I will definitely be going back!

This is my second visit to Paul and I was really impressed I described my issues and he knew exactly what to do help me I left the appointment feeling good and could feel a real difference would recommend Paul and have a gym which although I haven’t used yet but had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

I had a deep tissue massage with Corine. She massaged my shoulder which had some bad knots. It felt so much better after she'd done her magic on it. I cannot recommend Corine enough, a great all roundl beauty therapist! You should also check her out for her facials, she is the best.

First time visiting today and the ladies were very lovely and welcoming. Pum was incredible and very informative and gave me lots of tips to help my muscles. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone.

I've been to Gigi for lymphatic drainage a few times now, and after coming back from holiday I booked another session. I always leave feeling amazing – so much lighter, less bloated, and completely refreshed. Gigi is so lovely, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout. I always look forward to my appointments and couldn't recommend her enough!

Exceptional Experience as Always! From the moment I walked through the door to the minute I left, my entire experience was absolutely amazing. The staff is consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. I received a lymphatic massage, and my masseuse was incredible, extremely knowledgeable and highly professional throughout the entire session. They really took the time to understand my needs. It was an amazing experience!
