I had the full body massage with Nic yesterday and had the best nights sleep that I have had for a longtime. I have been having neck problems for a couple of weeks but my neck feels a lot better after the massage. Thank you Nic!

Rich sport massage eased out severe tightness in my glutes, which was affecting my lower back too. He worked deep into the tissues, eactly what was needed. Highly recomend .

Been to see Rich a few times now and have a couple more sessions booked in prior to Brighton in April. He is very professional offers humour to distract me from the required pain and I always feel nice and refreshed afterwards. Definitely recommend

Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!
