Been to see Rich a few times now and have a couple more sessions booked in prior to Brighton in April. He is very professional offers humour to distract me from the required pain and I always feel nice and refreshed afterwards. Definitely recommend

I have been a client of Rich's for nearly 10 years now. He has been amazing the entire time and has taken more courses along this time in order to up skill. This has benefitted my health issues and my musculoskeletal needs due to chronic health problems no end. I literally can't function without his expertise. Can't recommend this service enough. Rich provides a great sports massage therapy service. From the start, he was incredibly attentive, thoroughly listening to the details of my current condition. I really appreciated that he didn't just give a standard treatment but customized the massage to address what I was dealing with right now. I felt significant relief afterward. A return visit after such a successful first appointment. I had some specific areas of tightness in my lower back, legs & feet from sport which Rich worked absolute wonders on. He gave some fantastic advice & stretch exercises. Highly recommended *****

Amazing post half marathon sports massage - exactly what my entire body needed. Rich came highly recommended - his massage technique was by far the best I’ve experienced. He was incredibly knowledgeable & also gave great information & advice. I have no doubt that I will visit again in the future.
