1.5 hr session for a very deep tissue massage. Very thorough and worked onany knots on my tight muscles. Knew what she was doing and I had to tell her to reduce the pressure as she was working intently into teleasing the knots. Feel better for it with more mobility.

Had an amazing massage at Serene Body Therapy. Jasmin was super professional, attentive, and really skilled. I went in with shoulder pain and after the session the discomfort was completely gone.I felt so light and relaxed. The place is really calm and quiet. My partner also went in for a relaxing massage and felt a big improvement after. Jasmin quickly identified what needed work and adjusted the pressure perfectly. Highly recommend if you want genuine relief and deep relaxation. We’ll definitely be back.

Last year, I was attended by June for a remedial massage on a shoulder pain. It was very good. I returned again for a remedial massage on my back and leg pain. Jessica's skill was very good. I am walking with much lesser pain. I have decided to continue with a few more weekly treatments. Thank you, Jessica.

What an amazing and awesome massage. The presentation of the rooms and ambience are 5 stars. As soon as you arrive you feel like you have arrived in a peaceful paradise. First impressions count and I certainly got the wow factor. I had a deep tissue massage, and it was just simply fantastic. Jasmine is an expert masseur who knows how to massage and find those niggly spots that need sorting. Already contemplating my next visit. I had an incredible deep tissue massage and can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist (Jasmine) was professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to where I was holding tension. They applied firm, consistent pressure and worked deeply into my shoulders and upper back without it feeling rushed or overwhelming. I walked in feeling tight and sore, and walked out feeling looser, lighter, and noticeably more mobile. The space was calm and welcoming, which made it easy to relax even during the more intense parts of the treatment. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with

I have been to Serene Body Therapy about 12months ago for a full body deep tissue massage. It was fantastic and just what I needed at the time. I have just had another massage today although not as extensive, mostly working on my upper back between my shoulders. Wow, what magic hands does Jasmine have. She listened when I asked her to take it easy in places I have arthritis, and was gently persistent where it mattered. This wasn't a massage for relaxation on my part, it was to help overcome some muscle soreness from my work environment. I'm already booking a return visit in. Thank you Jasmine.
