I've been coming here for a while now, and the service is always excellent. The staff are friendly, professional, and take the time to make sure you get exactly the haircut you're after. What a experience!! It literially like i walked into small piece of Japanese tranquality in Melbourne. I had hot stone massage, and it was exactly what i needed! The staff looks well after you as soon as you walk in, it like you can leave worries at the door, will definetly come again!

Had such an amazing remedial massage! Fantastic service! The venue is truly inspiring throughout. A hidden 'Zen' gem in Melbourne fitted out with beautiful timber and oriental artifacts. I can't wait to come back again. Definitely recommended!!!

A truly incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with warmth and given thorough recommendations for my choice of treatment. The bath house is small but has everything you need with just the right amount of natural light. I enjoyed the complete quiet - the only thing you could hear were the jets in the magnesium pool. The massage and facial were stunning. Mandy was attentive and it was a really inspiring for a budding massage therapy. It was the best way to spend my last day in Melbourne. Left feeling calm and invigorated for the day ahead.

I used to live in Japan and miss going to onsen / sento. This was almost like the real thing apart from having to wear a swimsuit but understand culturally it is more appropriate. Next time I'm in Melbourne I will be back for sure. Loved it!!!

Fantastic experience, really private bathing, provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and comfortable time. I had the world’s best massage with David, I’ve never had such a thorough massage and I left feeling floating and relaxed. Highly recommend this bath house!! But take public transport, don’t drive as parking is impossible.
