Lovely setting, nice team & relaxing massage. It was disappointing that because the person who I had booked with was ill, they automatically changed my appointment to another employee & changed the time by a few minutes (that bit was completely fine) but because of the change of therapist the price increased from £61.50 to £72!! I wouldn’t have been as upset, had they called to tell me but to just send an email an hour before the appointment (I hadn’t read this) and so felt uncomfortable and on the back foot when I was presented with the cost. I won’t return.

I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

1st visit today, had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage with face reflexology, the room was beautiful, warm and relaxing, the massage was very effective to treat the pain I had arrived with, so much care and attention throughout the treatment, left feeling fabulous, will be booking again soon to try other treatments also. Amazing service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! I was always trying new places and trying to find somewhere to help with a specific issue I had but nobody could ever come close to making an impact until I came here. I can feel the tension and pain disappearing with the techniques used and I come away feeling relaxed and free of tension which I haven’t experienced for many years.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. My first time at Butterfly Beauty and what a wonderful experience. Currently in a walking boot after an accident and they pulled out all the stops to ensure I could stand safely during my spray tan and were so encouraging as I was a little stressed. I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.
