If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. I had intimate hollywood waxing with jo and there was next to no pain, she was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease and was over and done in very good time. Will definatley book again. Highly recommend this establishment for all beauty needs. Not only is cassidy an incredible person she's achieved so much and will achieve complete greatness in what ever she sets her mind to. As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

I have been getting back pain in my sacrum area for 2 months. I had a massage by Julie a few days ago and I am amazed how much better I feel after that. Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. I originally booked in with Sarah for a Hollywood wax however my pain tolerance is veryyyyy bad and I thought this was the only way I could get rid of my hair! That was until I met Sarah … she instantly explained to me all about IPL Hair Removal and the benefits of it, completely reassuring me of the process, what to expect and the results! I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.
