I saw add in happy Buddha window .I’ve had TMG jaw pain for a very long time .,2 days after a jaw massage the pain was gone .I am very Surprised and impressed ,Kimberlys body knowledge and it’s connection's is a gift ,very kind and professional ,second appointment already booked .

As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

I booked a Hollywood wax with sarah and after quickly realising i couldn’t handle the pain of a wax she talked me into lazer and I’m SO GLAD she did!! The quickest and most pain free experience!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!

I had a foot health appointment with Lili which I have every month as have exceptionally bad feet and twisted toes. Lili worked tirelessly on relieving me of a particularly painful corn. Then had the tidying up of the toe nails and buffing of the feet and removal of dead skin, etc. Finally, a relaxing feet and lower legs massage. An essential and must have treatment. I now have pain free walking. Thankyou Lili.

I have been getting back pain in my sacrum area for 2 months. I had a massage by Julie a few days ago and I am amazed how much better I feel after that. My back feels stronger and I have less ache after sitting at the desk for a long time. Thank you Julie and I will definitely return to continue my treatment after my holiday.

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. I originally booked in with Sarah for a Hollywood wax however my pain tolerance is veryyyyy bad and I thought this was the only way I could get rid of my hair! That was until I met Sarah … she instantly explained to me all about IPL Hair Removal and the benefits of it, completely reassuring me of the process, what to expect and the results!
