Absolutely brilliant experience. Mubina demonstrated in depth knowledge, and explained the process in great detail. She was attentive, professional, and carried out the treatment with the utmost care. The snacks were a great touch. Overall a fabulous experience and can’t recommend enough; I’ll definitely be back soon.

It was magical- from start to finish, you were very professional, calm and warm-welcomed me in so politely, explained each part of the treatments paying close attention to areas that needed more focus. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .
