I had a wonderful experience at Mhai Thai Wellness Studio. The studio is very welcoming, clean, and tranquil. Mhai is very professional and talented, and she adapts the massage pressure to your needs. I felt super relaxed and looked after during the massage, I would her recommend her to all! I even had an ache in my forearm and after the massage it felt so much better! The complimentary coconut water and dried mango afterwards was also a really special touch. If you are looking for a quality massage treatment to unwind, you should definitely come here.

A really lovely firm deep tissue massage which provided lots of muscle release and relief of tension! Perfect for complete mind and body relaxation. Since getting my routine together at the gym I’ve been in dire need of a Thai massage, this studio opened near me in Shipley so I thought I’d give it a go. Upon entering the studio I was greeted with friendly smiles and presented a consent form, this gave me the opportunity to discuss pressure, areas to avoid and areas to focus on. Mhai was very professional and clearly experienced in authentic Thai massage techniques, this combined with the tastefully decorated and ambient environment made me feel like I had been whisked back to Thailand. 10/10 experience, I aim to be back monthly!

I’ve been suffering with severe pain in my head &shoulders for a few weeks, & booked myself in for a deep massage, it was lovely, she concentrated on the areas & felt so good, I’ve booked myself in again for the following week, the lady was polite, funny & made me feel at ease, see you next week!!!

I’m a big guy 6.1 140kg needing a good massage I was abit concerned thinking I may not get what I’m paying for… thinking I may get disappointed… I had a lady who was very tiny compared to me of course 🙄 I believe she’s the senior therapist I requested for a strong massage, but she said since I’ve not had a massage after such a long time it’s more ideal to take it easy, not going to lie, It was amazing I had so many knots in my back, if she applied more pressure wonder what state I’d be in 😂 and she was really professional and fun to talk to. Thank you I’ll be back soon

Where shall I start ?... if rating on the CQC level, the whole area is clean, tidy and all infection prevention measures are met. Following with the massage and facial experience I have not met another place like this one, treatment done in a professional manner, advise given , precautions , side effects if they may be talked through ( such as redness post peeling ). My advice if you need a facial treatment , simple massage , or a massage like mine when my back was full of stiff knots... visit Julias place and she will sort everything out for you. Thank you!

Been going to Lucy for a couple of years now, she listens to what issues I have and always suggests the right thing for me. Today we tried the Fascia Release; what a game changer! I struggle with inflammation & instantly felt less heavy. The next morning as I write this; my legs and back don’t feel stiff and swollen like they normally would so it’s really taken effect. Extremely talented therapist, you can definitely tell she has many years of experience. Each palm press and elbow work felt very intentional and hit the right areas that needed work. My right hip/glute/hamstrings felt very tight and the deep pressure applied helped ease the pain. Thanks Barbora!
