I had a wonderful experience at Mhai Thai Wellness Studio. The studio is very welcoming, clean, and tranquil. Mhai is very professional and talented, and she adapts the massage pressure to your needs. I felt super relaxed and looked after during the massage, I would her recommend her to all! I even had an ache in my forearm and after the massage it felt so much better! The complimentary coconut water and dried mango afterwards was also a really special touch. I have never had a massage quite like this one. You can really tell how much quality experience Vina has and how much re search she has put into her work also! I had a lot of knots and tension in my back and Vina was able to gently massage these out with minimal pain. Plus with my facial she talked me through the products she was using and also gave helpful tips and advice on what products would be best for my skin. Would definitely recommend!

A really lovely firm deep tissue massage which provided lots of muscle release and relief of tension! Perfect for complete mind and body relaxation. Since getting my routine together at the gym I’ve been in dire need of a Thai massage, this studio opened near me in Shipley so I thought I’d give it a go. Upon entering the studio I was greeted with friendly smiles and presented a consent form, this gave me the opportunity to discuss pressure, areas to avoid and areas to focus on. Mhai was very professional and clearly experienced in authentic Thai massage techniques, this combined with the tastefully decorated and ambient environment made me feel like I had been whisked back to Thailand. 10/10 experience, I aim to be back monthly!

Where shall I start ?... if rating on the CQC level, the whole area is clean, tidy and all infection prevention measures are met. Following with the massage and facial experience I have not met another place like this one, treatment done in a professional manner, advise given , precautions , side effects if they may be talked through ( such as redness post peeling ). My advice if you need a facial treatment , simple massage , or a massage like mine when my back was full of stiff knots... visit Julias place and she will sort everything out for you. Thank you!

Been going to Lucy for a couple of years now, she listens to what issues I have and always suggests the right thing for me. Today we tried the Fascia Release; what a game changer! I struggle with inflammation & instantly felt less heavy. The next morning as I write this; my legs and back don’t feel stiff and swollen like they normally would so it’s really taken effect.
