Chelsie was amazing! I booked a 1.5-hour massage, and it was exactly what I needed. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Gabriela was fantastic! She was sweet, gentle, patient, and answered all my questions even after explaining it all to me! The experience was very relaxing and refreshing! I would recommend Luxe Beauty Head Spa and Gabriela to everyone I know! This was my 1st time experiencing the head massage and 2nd time (2 different places) for the facial. They even reviewed the info from the questionnaire with me. Very pleased!!

The advertisements were interesting so I decided to try it out. It was a good experience, felt more like a glorified hair wash, thought there would be more of a head massage for tension relief. For me, it was a one and done.

Top notch treatment. I suffer from chronic migraines and have a lot of stress and muscle tension. After a 1 hour session with Amy, I feel like a new woman. Cupping is the best therapy EVER. Highly recommend all around.

The entire visit was a 5-star luxury experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a way to treat yourself, alleviate stress, and give your hair and scalp some serious TLC, I cannot recommend Luxe Beauty enough. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit!

This was my first time trying a head-spa and I brought my bestie. We had a great relaxing experience! From the warming bed, to the salt lamp, and water ripple lighting. Our ladies were great and my hair smells wonderful too!

The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly. I honestly can’t wait to be back in Tampa to visit this place again! ❤️ BIG THANK YOU!!!!!

It was my first time at the beautiful Grand Beauty Spa. I had a scheduled appointment with Maria, who I had the good fortune of meeting in Jacksonville, Florida, when she did my hair. I was so impressed that I make it a point to travel to Tampa, Florida, just so that Maria can do my hair. Not only was I blown away again by Maria and her gifted talent, but I was blown away by this amazing place, called the "Grand Beauty Spa." It was like no other Spa/salon I've seen. The massage was great! The complaint I have is against the person in the next room that allowed her & her client to talk for the full 45 minutes of their massage! I pay for a service to relax I don’t need to hear someone talking in the room next door.

I enjoyed my spa day beginning with sauna and attempt at the cold plunge Yikes! Followed by a massage by Lily and added the foot reflexology. Wow that was intense. Then I finished my day with a mani and pedicure by Gaya. The facility, although in an old building, has many modern amenities like cold plunge, saunas, head spa, facials, and much more. Showers and bathrooms looked recently renovated and hair salon clean and bright. I highly recommend this place
