My experience at the spa was amazing! I sit in front of a computer all day. I also have a couple issues with my back. Peggy being the skilled therapist that she is was able to tell what areas were tense and with a combination of stretching & type of massage techniques she felt would address my painful areas. Thanks to her I was able to walk out feeling much less stressful and the pain was relieved. She knows what she is doing! I have had massages from a couple other of the therapists there, they all are very professional and good at what they do.

I have visited Z & X Spa several times. They have opened a new location off of Bruce N Downs. Spa is exceptionally clean, modern and therapists are highly skilled. Definitely recommend. Peggy has such a wonderful personality.

OK, you hope you get a great massage wherever you go. And I DID get a great massage from Daisy. The part that made me want to leave a review was the rest of the experience. I had horrible scheduling issues on very short notice, and Daisy changed my appointment twice and was super gracious and understanding. I wear hearing aids, and I took them out for my massage. Daisy spoke up, spoke clearly, and leaned in, all to make sure I could hear her clearly. A wonderful experience all the way around. THANK YOU!

I've seen Daisy twice now for headache relief, and she is absolutely wonderful. She focused on my back, neck, and shoulders, and both times I left feeling so much better. Her technique is effective—I could feel the tension melt away. I highly recommend her if you're dealing with headaches or upper body tension!

Katie was amazing. I had major issues with my sciatica and she did an excellent job getting the nots out of my muscles. She was friendly, professional and asked me how I was doing. The best massage I’ve had in years. I’ll be back for sure.

Definitely one of the better massages I've had. I've had a couple back surgeries and still dealing with a lot of body aches, etc from not being in as good of shape that I'm used to. Hopefully this will help the healing process.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Coco was amazing! She was so kind, really listened to what I needed, and knew exactly how to work out all the knots and tension. I felt totally relaxed the whole time and left feeling like a new person. If you’re looking for a great massage, definitely book with Coco. I’ll be back very soon!
