Awesome! Chika is very gentle and attentive, patient and skilful. Gave me the cut I wanted and recommended me suitable hair colour. Head massage was very relaxing and fell asleep.

My friend and I came to visit this salon through reviews and it has been more than 3 visits already, Seiji, Shota and DK never disappoints in terms of service, skills and a really great head massage after every wash! The products they use are really of quality as well. Did a perm and it lasted longer than other salons I’ve been to, and every haircut we get, we leave the salon with a big smile!

First-time customer here. The customer service was top notch - when I called to ask for directions as I got lost trying to find the salon, one of the assistants patiently came outside of the salon to fetch me, she even gave me a cold glass of water and tissues once I sat down when she realised I was sweating from the heat. The hair wash and massage were great, no tugging and I felt very comfortable overall. Shota my stylist was great, he understood what I wanted well from my photo reference, he is not only very skilled but also attentive. I will definitely be returning!

I had a relaxing experience. Loved the minimal decor of the salon and the little refreshments. Chika was kind and attentive, and so gentle during the head massage and hairdrying. I'm glad she could accommodate my short hairstyle with only a description of what I wanted it to look like. I love my new hairstyle.

Chiho is good all the time, blended my grey hair with the colour well. The guy (sorry didn't manage to get his name) who washed my hair also did a fantastic job, his massage is so skillful, well done to the Fluxus team

Overall : super good!!! First time there but the staff welcome you in such a way that you are their regular customer with warming heart! Daiki is very professional who hear your desires hairstyle and give good suggestions before proceed. Their head massage will makes you relax and destress😊

Had a haircut and wash with Chika, who’s professionally and polite. Her suggestions were well thought out, and there was no problem understanding her even though I don’t speak Japanese. Her attention to detail was immaculate, and she was warm and friendly throughout, without being over earnest. The head spa was so relaxing I fell asleep! Will go back again. Highly recommend.
