The environment is cozy and calming, giving you a homey vibe as you're waiting for your sessions. Electrolysis does sting but they do have a numbing cream to help with the pain a little. I did deluxe facial 1h10min. Skin condition: Combination Skin with more concerns on some texture. No acne. Pros: Environment was really relaxing, the ambience and scent was on point. Beautician was gentle as I told her I was scared of pain and having to deal with the downtime after extractions. Massage was really good as well. I wished it was longer! Cons: I do feel like the extractions can be done a bit more thorough? As even in express facial shops like Kskin, the extractions done are more thorough for my blackheads, so that was a little bit of a bummer.
