Very respectful and welcoming staff, especially towards trans individuals, calling you by your preferred name, etc. The staff explains things well if you have any questions and are knowledgeable on their craft. The environment is cozy and calming, giving you a homey vibe as you're waiting for your sessions. Electrolysis does sting but they do have a numbing cream to help with the pain a little. The effectiveness of the treatment is amazing and I'm looking forward to more sessions in my journey for a hairless face. Do check them out if you are looking for permanent hair removal. - Ariana.

Ella is seriously so skilful and meticulous at what she does. You can really tell she’s experienced, she’s super gentle, very good with her hands, and pays attention to every little detail throughout the treatment.
