Such a lovely and relaxing experience! From the warm welcome by Anna, the herbal tea, and choosing my massage scent, everything felt thoughtful and calming. The massage was amazing with perfect pressure and beautiful vibes. I also loved the scalp cleansing — all the products were natural and refreshing, and my hair felt so light and fresh afterward. Samira did my braids and she was lovely and very talented. Highly recommended!

Raneem was incredibly informative and welcoming—mashaAllah—making the entire visit even more special. I tried the Gyggy Spa, a unique treatment that indulges the feet, hands, hair, and scalp. The ambiance was exceptionally relaxing and cozy, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It was a full hour of pure calm and bliss—an experience so soothing I genuinely didn’t want it to end.

I really liked the ambience and the idea of the Spa , As a tea and herbs lover myself I loved it there but I do have some recommendations that I wished i got. first of all I would’ve enjoyed further more explaining of the concept of Hygee like explaining the steps or having a brochure with the steps written so i know what is happening without having to stress about figuring it out while in the spa .. i liked the idea of playing with human senses but i did feel like i was lost more than relaxed at some point. Overall, I have enjoyed my day in Head & Co. thank you.

The scalp detox and massage were deeply relaxing, and the pressure massage on my shoulders, arms, and neck was perfect. Probably the best head massage I’ve ever had. It truly exceeded my expectations, will definitely visit again to try other services and get another magical head massage. My therapist was Jaren, she was amazing. The spa ambiance was remarkable, it’s like I teleported to another continent.

The specialist was good, but I arrived 20 minutes late and the time was deducted without informing me before starting. If I knew, I would not have agreed to continue with only 40 minutes while paying for a full hour. Since the time was already short, I expected the service to focus on the scalp, but part of the time was spent on neck, shoulder, and back massage, which made the main service even shorter. Also, I was told someone would contact me to follow up, but no one did. At least make the client feel valued and keep them updated. Overall, I am not satisfied with this experience.
