Customer service was brilliant and the Salon is very modern. We got offered drinks and the waiting area was very nice. We were seated immediately. The barber did a great job with the haircut but there are a few things that could improve. 1. They should have brushes to remove hair rather than tissues. 2. They need sharper blades. When I was having my shave, the blade was hurting because it wasn't sharp enough. 3. Use a close shaving machine to complete shave. 4. Whilst washing, the beard and face should be washed too. Overall it was great and the fade he did was good.

I had the absolute best experience with Mayara at The Ninth Salon! 🌟 She did my eyebrow lamination and eyelash lift, and I’m OBSESSED with the results. My brows are perfectly shaped and lifted, and my lashes look naturally fuller and longer without any mascara. ✨ Mayara is not only incredibly skilled, but also so sweet and professional — she made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. I had an amazing experience! The specialist ISIS was fast, highly professional, and her work was clean and absolutely flawless. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and pays great attention to detail. The salon itself is tidy, beautifully organized, and has such a refreshing, welcoming vibe. Khadijah did my Moroccan bath. She was thorough and professional. The room for the bath was very appealing to the eye. Love the lights in the ceiling. All the staff in the salon were all welcoming. I enjoyed the refreshments before and after the bath. I also did the monthly lashes, they look pretty but I can still feel the glue when I close my eyes bit. The lash room suite was very comfortable, and private. the bed would be as you find in a medical clinic. Very comfortable :) And I also loved the location.

It was my first time getting my hair done, and it exceeded my expectations. They were punctual, and the work was very professional and excellent, especially with the hair specialist بختة التونسية

The make up artist Noura and the hair stylist Neima were great! I was completely satisfied with the final result; however, time management needs to be addressed! I called to book my appointments for my mom, my sister in law, and I over a week in advance. But sudden changes to the schedule to accommodate other customers outside the salon (in home service) made us wait for hours (4 hours to be exact) which is unacceptable! And we will be late for our occasion.

Nice salon Clean and well organized I did a hair trim and blow dry the result was good except the price i paid 255rial then they asked me for extra 90 because i asked her to shorten my bang as well (for me trimming or shortening price is for the full hair no extra for bang)
