I had the most incredible pregnancy massage today at The Warwick Spa and I honestly can’t recommend it enough 🤍 From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, warm and so welcoming. The space is beautifully prepared and you instantly feel looked after. As a mum-to-be, that feeling of being safe and supported means everything. Edilay was amazing, so gentle, attentive and professional. She relieved so much tension in my back and legs, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed and truly cared for. Such a special experience 💖

I experience ongoing shoulder and neck pain, so I regularly have deep tissue massages to help manage it. Nikki was absolutely brilliant. She really listened during the consultation and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, with all the tension gone. I’m already looking forward to my next massage.

Fabulous treatment, Indian Head, Neck, Shoulder and Back massage. Super muscle tension relief. Really relaxing and holistic along with targeting concerns with my neck and tension. The service at The Warwick Spa was pleasant and the staff were very welcoming. The space is beautifully decorated and has a lovely, relaxing scent. My therapist was excellent, she communicated clearly throughout the session and consistently checked in on my preferences to ensure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

The treatment itself was absolute perfection, every detail was thoughtful, I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely wants her clients to leave feeling their best. Had a float therapy session. Very unusual and interesting hour in there - in a very good way of course. Great way to completely black out all forms of noise and just focus on your breath while the stress just melts away. Highly recommend it.

I visited the Performance clinic -Warwick due to a shoulder injury. Bethan's approach was very professional. Dealt with my problem with total understanding of the injury. and I am now on the road to recovery.

It was absolutely amazing. I felt so refreshed and reenergized after my session. The peace, quiet and comfort from the pod was just what i needed. I've been visiting regularly for massages with Hannah (usually the pamper package) and always come out feeling very relaxed & stress-free. Hannah is lovely to talk to & tailors the experience to cater for any specific needs/requests. Can't recommend her highly enough!
