I had the most incredible experience at Hairmonic Head Spa in London. From the moment I arrived, the place felt so calming and uplifting, and Gigi was warm, friendly, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The treatment itself was pure heaven. Gigi walked me through everything, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Every step felt thoughtful and deeply relaxing. I left with my scalp feeling fresh and clean, and extremely relaxed. Exactly what you need after a busy week. Hands down one of the best self-care experiences. I will be back!

A couple of days after my visit to the centre, I couldn’t resist to book again, and I’ll do so once back to London! Iwona is just amazing 🫶🏻 The best experience ever! It’s just above the perfection! Anyone can easily sleep between her lovely hands, but I had to resist to enjoy that magical moment! I felt completely relaxed, she took me to the sky and put me on the cloud! I wanted that time to last forever! Iwona welcomed me warmly as always, and the extra is that she’s never in a rush! We had a wonderful conversation after the treatment for almost an hour! Kai is an absolute lifesaver for anyone dealing with 'office syndrome.' Years of hunching over a laptop in the City left my upper back completely locked up. Her targeted approach released tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. Best in London, hands down.

Chiaki has been my amazing and talented hairdresser for years. Her sense of style is always cutting-edge — fashionable yet perfectly suited to me. She takes time to think about what really works for each person. Even as an experienced professional, she keeps refining her colouring and cutting skills, showing true passion and dedication. Chiaki is also very friendly and such a lovely person. She has a great sense of humour and makes you feel totally at ease, even on your first visit. If you’re in London and looking for a stylish haircut that truly suits you, I can’t recommend Chiaki enough!

Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Hairmonic Head! It has truly been the best salon experience I've ever had. I've already visited twice, and each time just keeps getting better! This place is an absolute gem in London, and I genuinely believe it's the best salon in the world. Gigi is simply amazing—her skills and warm personality make each visit feel special. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out on something truly extraordinary. I highly recommend checking it out! You won't regret it!

A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

I walked into this new Thai spa in Angel thinking it would be a normal massage… but the pressure, aroma, and technique were next level. The therapists are VTCT-certified, super professional, and the whole place feels like a peaceful sanctuary in the middle of London and the best part? After the massage they brought hot drinks and snacks so you can slowly come back to reality. If your back is destroyed from London life, work, or too much travelling, this place is a lifesaver.
