Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Samantha was available at extremely short notice for an Indian Head Massage, and what a lovely experience it was! So relaxing and just what I needed. The room was warm and comfortable and the massage was thorough. I will be going back!
