Today was an amazing experience! We had the Japanese Head Spa and facial, and it was absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend Fern enough. She’s so professional, welcoming, and truly amazing at what she does. The whole treatment was so relaxing from start to finish. Nicole was lovely and professional. The room was warm and dimly lit. All the towels were fresh and the music was relaxing. I had a full body massage for an hour and a half and felt like each body part got a good amount of attention. The pressure and techniques were also very relaxing. I could have lay there all day. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.
