Shae is the best! I am greeted with a smile, given a cup of tea, treated to an amazing head massage while my hair is being washed and given the best cut to my requests EVERY TIME!!! She also does a beautiful balayage.

Absolutely love Krystel MediSpa! The staff is incredibly professional, the space is clean and welcoming, and the services are topnotch. Olga is truly the best when it comes to laser treatments! she’s knowledgeable, gentle, & makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process. I’ve seen amazing results thanks to her expertise! & if you’re considering lip blush or colour, I highly recommend Nadin. Her attention to detail & artistry are amazing! she really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the shape and shade. So grateful to have this gem right here in Dieppe. Highly recommended! 💜

I’ve been going to Shae for my hair since 2020 and I can’t imagine ever letting someone else touch it! She’s so sweet, gives the BEST head massage, and has turned into a great friend over the past 5 years. She’s always amping me up during my appointments even if I let my colour grow out way longer than I should. Her work is unmatched!!

My daughters and I had a wonderful experience today! It was our first time with Siwar, and our first visit to this salon. Siwar was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and did an amazing job. We are absolutely happy with the results and couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you for making our first visit such a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Olga did my facial with the jelly mask, there are several steps to this facial!! Let me tell you it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. It’s So relaxing and she lets you know each step and what it’s going to do for your skin. My skin is glowing and so hydrated, it’s on promo right now run don’t walk!! I had an exceptional facial with Liliya today! She was incredibly thorough, especially with the extractions, and took the time to make sure my skin got the care it needed. She explained everything, never made me feel rushed, and went above and beyond to give me the best treatment possible. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and well taken care of.
