We went in for a head spa and facial. The service was amazing right from arrival. Signature facial: Heated bed, focused on cleansing and hydration, neck and head massage. I came out looking like a glazed donut. Head spa and massage: My partner got a head spa and he now has now dry skin all over his clothes. He thought it was great the different tools and relaxing as well.

Shiori did my head spa which was amazing.. professional and paid great attention to detail. Mayumi did my massage and I left feeling super warm and relaxed. Also grabbed some cute seashell, lady figurine candles too... highly recommend!

I had Shiatsu massage from Yaya today . I’ve been struggling with chronic shoulder stiffness, but the shiatsu massage applied just the right amount of deep pressure, and I could feel my range of motion improve immediately after the session. The effects of shiatsu are incredible—I’d love to make this part of my regular routine.

I had a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly, the service was excellent and I felt comfortable. I had a whole body massage with foot massage. Garfield the masseuse, was excellent, professional, sensitive and made me feel so relaxed. Highly recommend it, I will be back.

Beautiful lady and great facial massage specifically where I received a deep massage on my face muscles to plump my skin. Highly recommend!

After asking for harder pressure, therapist was great. However, I’d pointed out specific areas of pain, both on the sign in and verbally when she entered room but treatment wasn’t evenly spread. I would’ve preferred more time on the lower back as asked rather than my head or even legs. But the massage was great pressure and at least my upper back feels better. A concern after appointment was I couldn’t exit. The door doesn’t open. There was no-one at reception to let me out and it was only after several minutes, another client got up and rang the bells again on the door that reception returned

I had a massage from Rie for the first time even though she had worked there for close to 2.5 years. Rie was thorough, detetailed a S very good at her job. To top it off Rie was bubbly, fun to talk through and had a beautiful smile. Great job Rie.

I had a fantastic experience with both Eli’s facial and relaxation massage and Thi’s head spa and scalp care. Eli’s massage was deeply relaxing, and Thi’s scalp treatment left me feeling refreshed. Highly recommend both for their exceptional care and skill!
