The clerks are very serious and responsible. During the Skin Consultation, they will record the skin care products I use to help me analyze my facial skin. After completing the facial, they will help me see whether my skin care products are suitable for my skin. During the facial consultation, they will ask about my comfort many times, and my questions are answered in detail.

Loved our 1st float. It was def needed after the stress of work, weightlessness coupled with a focus meditation was a treat. We both zenned out and totally relaxed. We'll sleep well tonight. It was absolutely amazing we're going back for more :)

Great massage! Lovely physical atmosphere and comfortable private beds. Music was a bit weird (dissonant piano that was often off-key and bizarre; not very relaxing - would potentially suggest Thai massage music instead to keep with the Thai massage theme if this is available. Relaxing aromatherapy / Thai massage smells would be nice too (currently smells like onion cooking next door / laundry washing smells). Overall very nice just needs some refinement.
