My new favorite workout! This was my second time at MG Body Space, and I’m officially hooked. After working out with my trainer, I came in for additional cardio and in just 30 minutes, I burned 999 calories and felt incredible! The owner is also so kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging, which makes the experience even better. This is definitely a must-try workout!

I had the best experience at MG Body Space! The owner is absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and knowledgeable, you can really tell she cares about her clients. I tried the infrared vacuum treadmill for the first time and it was amazing. Not only was it such a cool and unique experience, but I also burned 1000 calories! I left feeling energized and can’t wait to go back for my next session. Highly recommend!

This was hands down the best workout I've had in years! The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and creates such a motivating environment. The owner is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and clearly full of knowledge and experience. She takes the time to guide you, motivate you, and ensure you're getting the most out of your workout — whether you're a beginner or more advanced . Marina is knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about wellness. I went in and left feeling lighter, less bloated, and completely relaxed. I’ve been enjoying my sessions at MG BodySpace for over 6 months now and I love how I feel after each session. My overall body dimensions have improved significantly and my body confidence is at an all time high! Marina, the owner, is always there taking the best care of each of her clients and keeps the private studio immaculate! You have to try this method of doing cardio. You’ll never go back to a regular treadmill again.

Marena and MG Bodyspace were amazing! We were greeted immediately, given a thorough explanation of what we would be experiencing and suited up. The studio was clean and well decorated. Walked in with High hopes and walked out anticipating our next visit! We will DEFINITELY be back!

This was such an amazing workout! I typically get bloated everyday but have not felt bloated since doing this workout earlier today (I did the treadmill/stair stepper/roller package). Marina was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable for my first time. Make sure to have plenty of water!
