I recently relocated to Charlotte and entrusted my hair to Jocelyn after an exhaustive online search. During my first appointment, she performed a thorough analysis of my hair/scalp and provided excellent guidance and service. Jocelyn is not simply a talented stylist; she genuinely cares about hair health. My hair was not in the best condition when I arrived but after my first visit I noticed a change in my elasticity and bounce. She now has me on a strategic path towards a better mane and I am confident my hair will be in good hands.

Jocelyn is amazing as always. Took my 8 year old daughter for a wash, cut,.blow dryer. She is quick, shows attention to detail, and is gentle. My daughter loves coming to get her hair done. I am absolutely in love with my braids! She listened to everything I wanted and brought it to life perfectly. The whole experience was so pleasant — she was gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The braids turned out even better than I imagined, and I honestly can’t stop looking at them. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Ulyana was absolutely amazing and so professional! She was incredibly thorough throughout my bridal hair and makeup trial, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way and that I absolutely loved both my hair and makeup.
