The best facial I have ever had! Phoebe is so professional and tailored the treatment to exactly what my skin needed, she is very knowledgeable and talks you through the process and how each product can benefit your skin! I had the most amazing Ultimate Head Spa experience with Charlotte today and honestly can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and looked after. The treatment itself was incredible, exactly what I needed & I left feeling completely refreshed. This was my third treatment with Charlotte and every visit has been wonderful. She’s so welcoming, professional and genuinely cares about making each experience so enjoyable.
