Always enjoy the service—and of course, my new hair—when I visit Sequoia! It’s such a lovely atmosphere and so nice to catch up with Amelia and everyone in the salon. I had a full colour refresh today and I’m so pleased with the results. Missed seeing Gill this time as it wasn’t my usual day, but as always, the whole team are warm, welcoming, and professional. Would totally recommend Sequoia to anyone looking for a salon with great service and a personal touch.

Firstly, the decor and atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous. Tatjana was very kind and we talked through exactly what suited me best and tailored the treatment. It was clear from the start that a lot of thought and care goes into her treatments. Throughout I was sooo relaxed, the massage was fantastic and left me feeling like I hadn't been tense in the first place!! I highly recommend visiting, a little gem of a place that Thatcham sorely needed!

The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. The salon is beautiful and Kate is highly professional, very experienced and super passionate about her work. This was my first visit and I have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend, don't hesitate to book!

I booked in with Amy for a full BIAB which I’d never had before; I’ve had bad experiences with acrylics whereby my nails would react badly and itch incessantly, but when I explained this to Amy she was so knowledgeable and explained every step to me and I felt so comfortable right away. I can’t wait for my next appointment and I’m so so over the moon with my new nails - thank you Amy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a lovely massage and honestly came out feeling so much better. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and relaxed, and the whole place had a really calm, welcoming vibe. The therapist really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas where I was holding tension. The pressure was just right, and it never felt rushed. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and like I could finally breathe properly again. It was exactly what I needed, and I’ll definitely be booking again. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who needs a proper reset and some time to switch.

I always have an amazing experience with Kate - she is attentive, really takes her time and makes sure I are comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Both my 11-year-old daughter and I had our hair done by Amelia. This was my daughter’s first time having her hair cut at the salon, and she enjoyed every minute of it. Amelia took care to make sure she understood exactly how my daughter wanted her hair to look. She had it washed, cut, and blow-dried, while I had my roots done. The whole experience was very relaxed and a lovely few hours of girlie time together.

I booked a last-minute massage today as a much-needed treat, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had many massages over the years, but this was one of the best. After my 55-minute full body massage and mini facial, I floated out! Kate was warm, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She truly listened, made me feel completely at ease, and her passion for what she does shines through. I couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely be back. I’ve already recommended her to my sister!
