Kate was amazing, so knowledgable and took the time to find out exactly what I want/ need for my skin. We went through my current skincare regime and she gave me a lot of great advice. The facial itself was such a relaxing, refreshing experience and the massage was 10/10. I will be booking here again!!

I had an amazing experience with Kate as usual. I explained to her that I’d recently been struggling with my skin, and she tailored a bespoke facial to my current needs which were slightly different to usual. I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. Really friendly and kind and I would love to come back again soon - thank you!

I always have an amazing experience with Kate - she is attentive, really takes her time and makes sure I are comfortable and relaxed the whole time. This is my third visit now - my skin always looks amazing once I leave and after. I even love the professional Circadia products that she sells! I have already booked my next.

The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. The salon is beautiful and Kate is highly professional, very experienced and super passionate about her work. This was my first visit and I have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend, don't hesitate to book!

So relaxing I nodded off for a wee rest about half way through I was in a dreaming level of sleep and need to called to wake me from my slumber. Always great to visit this lovely lady I have had 3 treatments and there will be more

Kate is amazing ❤️ she has the most incredible touch and I could feel all my tension melt away! The facial massage was so lovely i feel like i have had my face lifted and sculpted.
