Emma is the best masseuse in Sunderland. I’ve tried a lot of different places and always go back to Dream Therapy. Emma knows exactly what she is doing and always finds my aches and pains. I would highly recommend.

Another fabulous massage today by Amy. I initially booked for a full body massage but as I'm having problems with my lower back shoulders and neck, Amy decided to focus on these areas. I'm so pleased she suggested this as I felt so much better afterwards, feeling more flexible and relaxed. No doubt tomorrow I'll be aching after having such a deep tissue massage, but it will be worth it..

I had a lovely full body massage by Amy today. It's just what I needed after 3 hrs of gardening yesterday! If you're a keen gardener like me, I'd certainly recommend regular deep tissue massages

Excellent sports all over body massage, booked a 45 minute session and I had just about the full 45 minute massage, unlike others where with form fillings and talking you may only receive 30 minute massage. Very professional hit all the right places ( it hurt at times but that in my opinion is part of having a massage in the first place) On time made to feel welcome and physio was engaged. Would highly recommend booking

Just had the Rose Quartz Body Massage by Amy and I have to say it was something else. Very different to a Swedish Massage as you don't feel the deep tissue massage as much. However, it was amazing. The feel of the rose quartz stones is fab, very soothing and relaxing and afterwards I still felt as though I'd had a deep massage (somehow!) The mixture of warmth, from the hot cloths and coolness, from the quartz, is invigorating. Now to try the Rose Quartz facial. Can't wait..

Wonderful 90 minute full body treatment with reflexology from Lucy. This was an amazing way to spend my Tuesday evening. Gentle music and a very experienced practitioner made this a lovely experience. I would highly recommend it.

Had the most amazing full body massage and scrub this afternoon with the brilliant Michelle. Far better than all of these BIG name spas. Michelle could definitely teach them a thing or two !! I had a fabulous 1hr body massage by Emma. Following a thorough consultation to establish my needs, Emma focused the massage on my back, neck, and shoulders, and boy, did I need it! The main areas of concern were quickly targeted and massaged using a deep massage technique to ease out the knots and the inflammation.
